- Merchandise is returned in its original packing.
- Merchandise has not been installed.
- Merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

- Contact us via email to begin the return process. State
the product and reason for return in the message area. You
will receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number
by email within 48 hours. Be sure to include your RGA
number with your merchandise. This number will be used
to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: If you return
a product to us without an RGA number, your return could
be subject to additional restocking fees.
- Send all products in original packing materials, including
manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional
fees.
- We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel
post for proof of delivery in their original shipping materials.
Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage
does not occur while they are in transit back to us.
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However,
you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight
charges relevant to that item if product is damaged or defective,
or the wrong item was shipped. If your return arrives with
internal damage you will be notified and you will have the
option to file a claim with your shipping agent.
